Caroline is a Finance Assistant at Romans & Partners, supporting the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including account reconciliation, payroll and financial administration.

With a strong analytical and numerical background, Caroline holds an MSc in Astrophysics from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with Distinction. She has also completed AAT Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications through independent study and is currently working towards her ACCA qualifications as she continues to develop her career in finance and accounting.

Caroline has practical experience using Xero, supporting payroll processes and completing bank reconciliations, alongside previous experience assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. Her background in mathematics and data analysis, combined with strong Excel and problem-solving skills, brings a methodical and detail-focused approach to her role.

She has a particular interest in payroll, financial accounting and UK taxation and continues to develop her technical knowledge through ongoing professional study.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Caroline is also well positioned to support Romans & Partners’ international client base.
